Conditions: No part of the prize is exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or any other prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these T&Cs and or/cancel the Promotion at its sole discretion.
By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these T&C's.
The draw will take place on 08/08/2023 and the winner will be notified via email (associated with entry) within four business days of the draw. To claim the prize, the winner will need to respond to Omega's email via the same medium. In the event that the winner does not respond to Omega by 21/08/2023, they will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn. The new winner will be notified via email (associated with entry) within four business days of the draw. To claim the prize, the new winner will need to respond to Omega’s email via the same medium within seven days of it being sent. On 28/08/2023, if the new winner has not responded to Omega, the unclaimed prize will be withdrawn.
Any breakages once delivered and assembled are at the fault of the winner and will not be replaced. Any other issues identified (such as a product fault) will be managed under the standard Omega Juicers warranty process.
