Warranty and Service

Our warranties cover defects caused at the manufacturing stage.

     General Info

    Omega Juicer Motors are covered by either 15 or 20 Year Manufacturers Warranties. Parts are covered by either 5 or 10 Year Warranties.

    This warranty does not cover any defect due to, or resulting from, ordinary wear and tear, handling, abuse, misuse, or harsh chemical action, nor shall it extend to any product from which the serial number has been removed or altered, or modifications made by unauthorized service personnel or damage by flood, fire or other acts of God.

    General Wear and tear of parts after consistent use is not covered under manufacturers warranty. 

    Opening your Juicer body case yourself will void your warranty in full. 

    Using your Juicer for Commercial purpose:

    The motor and parts are covered by a 1 year warranty

    These warranties cover defects caused at the manufacturing stage and not errors caused by the user. 


    Bought Your Juicer elsewhere?

    If you have purchased an Omega juicer from a retail store such as Love Your Health Australia, Kogan or Nourished Life and you are having issues, please DO NOT return your juicer to our retail partners. Contact us directly for troubleshooting/return instructions.

    After we have reviewed your Warranty claim, should we agree that the issue is likely to be due an error caused at the manufacturing stage we will issue you with a pre paid label and instructions on how to package your machine for safe sending. 

    Please note we reserve the right to have a qualified technician check the machine ourselves and will aim to fix any issues we find, before returning the machine to you.

    14 Day Money Back Offer

    1.  You made the wrong choice : Omega Juicers Australia will provide a refund, exchange or credit note once the item(s) are returned unused and in their original undamaged packaging within 14 days. The original shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the total refund and in the case of Omega or Excalibur there will also be a restocking fee of 5%.
    2. Arrived Damaged or not working : The customer is required to return the product to the address provided and will be refunded for this cost. A replacement products can be provided at no extra cost. We must be notified of damaged goods within 3 business days of receipt of your order
    3. Change of Mind: Please ensure you have not used the juicer. We cannot accept a used juicer back if you decide you no longer want it. 


    Who covers Return Shipping?

    In line the ACCC Guidelines, (link here) in the instance we confirm and accept your juicer is faulty we will 100% cover all freight costs for the return of your juicer to us. We can either arrange a collection or indeed refund having received a copy of the freight receipt.  

    Also inline with the ACCC guidelines we will always look to solve your issue quickly and in the most cost effective way if possible. For example if you have a damaged part covered by Manufacturers warranty we will look to send this part out to you immediately. 

    In the instance we decide to accept a return of a product deemed by us to be not faulty, the cost of the return will be covered in full by the customer. 


    Please do not damage or mark the packaging of products you wish to return.

    We can only accept UNUSED juicers back as a result of change of mind. This is simply because once they are used we cannot offer them for sale as new.

    We will always do our best to assist you with how to get the best out of your product, so if you are struggling please do not hesitate to reach out for help.

    Unapproved Omega Products

    Whilst doing your research into which juicer you wish to purchase, please consider that any Omega Juicer purchased overseas or from an overseas seller is not covered by Australian Warranty. These products maybe counterfeit and not have passed Australian Electrical Approvals.
